This high-temperature dishwasher features 2 dish racks, and it's designed to keep your dish room productive and efficient, capable of tackling up to 25 racks per hour while using only 1.8 gallons per rack. It boasts a 15 3/4" door opening to allow easy loading and unloading, and comes with plenty of smart design features to help you spend more time helping customers and less time doing the dishes. Its soft-start functionality helps prevent breakage and chipping. It also automatically drains the water to prepare for the next cycle, ensuring heavily soiled items are always sanitized with fresh water. Other features like a door safety switch and low water tank heat protection simplify operation and improve safety.
You also never have to worry whether your machine is reaching the proper temperature, as it can extend the cycle time to ensure that it reaches the 180 degree Fahrenheit final rinse necessary to meet health code standards. It comes ready for a 208/240V setup and must be hard-wired. Multiphase capability allows this machine to be configured for either a 1-phase or 3-phase setup in the field. A 1/2" NPT hot water connection is required, and it has a pumped drain with 6' of 5/8" ID flexible reinforced hose.
