Buyer Beware! They shipped us a brand new model to repalce the old broken model. The new model stopped working in under 2 months. They will not repair or replace it, because even though the unit is brand new, the warranty only covers the old, broken model. My repair person says it's a known issue with this model. So, basically, its an ice machine that will not make ice. 1k down the toilet.

Shipped me a broken product and will not return any messages. Ready kitchen warranty sucks. I wouldn't trust them to do any warranty work so make sure you value the warranty as null and void. I can't even get a response to determine which part I need to replace it. Is throwing error codes the day we got it and is not making ice.

I'm so glad to see is now carried as a Avantco product. I bought 2 units as a costway product and got about 3 years from them problem free. Eventually the bearings fail. On a second note I can now buy the water pumps!

Avoid and look at other options. We've now gone through two of these units. We bought one last June and it worked fine for about 6 months. We got a replacement unit since it hadn't even been a year and the new one is not working at all. We had a refrigeration installer/repair person come in to see if it was an 'us' problem. There was nothing he could offer other than that this particular unit is trash. Bigger units work fine, but this under the counter unit is known to be horrible. A real waste of money and material. My two cents would be to advise the folks at Webstaurant to pull this product altogether.

Just got ours hooked up and running. The first day it worked like a wonder. Bagged up 5 extra bags of ice. After that, water sprays out onto ice in storage bin, making the ice cubes wet. Water dripping from ice making area. Sometimes the water never shuts off and just keeps running. Have adjusted the thickness hoping that was the problem, but it isn't. No error codes. Just have to unplug so it water doesn't keep running. Going to have my refrigeration man take a look when he gets back from vacation. Very disappointed so far.

This might be the worst piece of kitchen equipment I've ever dealt with. The digital portion of it never worked properly (couldn't adjust ice thickness). The first one died within a few months, I had my refrigeration tech look at it and he said the thickness probe was broken. I contacted Webstaurant, and to their credit, they sent us a new unit free of charge. Then the SECOND one broke within a few months with the SAME issue. Then they sent us a THIRD unit free of charge, then that one ALSO BROKE DOWN WITH THE SAME ISSUE. Insane. Thankfully Webstaurant gave me store credit to use on another model. Don't waste your time with this piece of junk!

Makes great ice, nice small size. Works great.

Been using heavily in our coffee shop for 7 months, no complaints whatsoever
