It is great for cooking tandoori chicken, lamb chops, naan, and roasted vegetables.
This clay oven sports a sleek stainless steel casing that is durable and made to last, making it perfect for use in a commercial kitchen. It utilizes double burners, which are controlled separately, and produce an impressive 100,000 BTU, with a temperature range of 750-930 degrees Fahrenheit. It operates on natural gas. This 36" wide oven has four casters for increased mobility and versatility. For easy startup and added value, this oven includes an accessory kit, complete with ten stainless steel skewers, two naan bread rods, and two gaddi. The gaddi allows bread to be safely placed inside the hot oven. It is also equipped with a stainless steel lid and a metal plate for efficient heat retention.
