With a spacious refrigerated portion readily accessible through its two doors, the unit opens up to two shelves to help you organize your ingredients and best utilize the 11.2 cu. ft. interior. Plus, because they each accommodate up to 88 lb., the epoxy-coated steel shelves are well equipped for holding heavy bulk ingredients, from dozens of eggs to jars of condiments and sauces.
This unit is designed for outstanding durability to ensure that it withstands tough, busy kitchen environments with ease. It features a 430 type stainless steel exterior, which provides both strength and a smooth, sleek appearance. The interior, made with 304 type stainless steel, also offers the durability necessary for heavy, regular use. Because of its undercounter design, the unit effortlessly adds refrigerated storage space without requiring space devoted solely to its footprint.
This refrigerator ensures optimal performance by operating with a 1/3 hp refrigeration system that circulates R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain temperatures from 33 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. R290 refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3. The foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps to trap in the cold air and to prevent the ambient air from entering. This ensures that all food held in the unit remains at food safe temperatures and ready for preparation or direct service to customers!
Operation of the refrigerator is easy, thanks to its special features. Monitor it by consulting the interior wall-mounted thermometer, and use the auto-defrost feature on the pre-programmed digital controller to maintain the refrigerator in tip-top shape. At the end of the day, take advantage of the 5" casters and roll the unit aside to thoroughly clean the area. This undercounter unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.

This unit required technician reprogramming. It was not holding temperature appropriately when initially received. It seems it was programmed with the old refrigerant settings applied to the controller.

Won't consistently hold temp no matter what we set the thermostat to. Have defrosted multiple times and cleaned condenser coils. We almost failed a health inspection because of it and had to throw out an entire fridge worth of product.

great product. the shelfs are stable and rigid. doors open easily and close tight. would buy again for sure. the cable is not super long but works great for small places.

Use this every day and not a problem. We are diligent with cleaning and thats easy because its so mobile and easy to clean! What more could you want? WHAT MORE COULD YOU WANT? Nothing, that's what.

Love the sturdy counter top space it provides. Has Easy access to milks for smoothies. The doors have great seals. Like the adjustable racks for items.

Works great, we love the locking wheels. This unit holds temperature phenomenally. Lots of space to store your ingredients in and has lots of shelf space
Ordered fridge through white glove service, item came as described, easy to install and works well so far (1 month). The only downside so far was the white glove service which the delivery people refused to take away the trash, make sure you have the phone number so you can call Webstaurantstore
I installed the frig about a week ago so I have initial impressions. The price for this unit was less than similarly sized ones from other producers, so you should except some differences. First, the temp gauge is an old fashioned thermometer inside the unit, so no digital display. Second, there are no adjustments in temp, so it essentially runs according to presets. Everything else so far is comparable. It is quiet too.

Perfect cooler to keep under our sushi bar. Two shelves to hold enough food on line without allowing the kitchen staff to overfill the unit. It holds temperature well.
