The foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps to maintain internal temperatures and adds rigidity to the body's structure.

How do I correctly install the shelves into this unit?

To promote proper air flow through your Avantco unit, please ensure that the wire ledges on the shelves are positioned toward the back of the unit. These ledges help keep enough space between your product and the back wall so that cold air can adequately circulate through the cabinet. Incorrectly installing the shelf ledges can restrict airflow, causing the temperature in the bottom of your unit to rise.

How do I know if this unit will fit under or match the height of my ADA-height counter?

My unit was delivered, but I don’t see any casters?

The units come with casters preassembled underneath the pallet.

4 months into having this equipment, it stopped cooling. Called warranty and everything seems to be taking so long to get rectified. Bought two (2) units roughly 2 years ago. Units have issues, compressor running hot and not holding temperatures. Not worth purchasing, warranty is useless (1 year) and little help from this reseller. Now need to spend money on having technicians try to fix them. Many parts are not available or difficult to get...NOT WORTH IT. Spend a little more money for another Brand similar model 3 door.

Do not Recommend. Pay more and get a better brand. For the amount of repair dollars I've spent in the 1st 2 yrs I could have bought a True with a 7yr warranty. Now I have pay even more to rent a haul to drag it to the landfill. The new True arrives tomorrow. Buy once, cry once.

Good enough. Needs to be lighted. Came a bit dented. The right door opens up too easily, even when another door is closed. On top of that, the door does not stay open like the other. It closes 90% of the way and then it just stays there. Its infuriating.
