Scratch and Dent Avantco A-23R-G-HC 29" Glass Door Reach-In Refrigerator

Dead on arrival. Instead of expediting a replacement, Webstaurant is making me file a warranty claim. I should have read the terrible reviews more carefully. Having been a Webstaurant customer for 10 years, I would have expected them to prioritize taking care of a customer over helping a supplier leave me holding the bag. So, don't buy this fridge, and don't buy one from Webstaurant--there are obviously better options out there on both fronts.

The unit arrived covered entirely in cardboard, plastic and stryrofoam. I signed for it because there was no damage whatsoever to any of the packaging. After unwrapping the multiple layers of packing...I found several large dents in very noticeable areas all around it. This could only mean that the fridge was dented BEFORE it was wrapped! Completely unacceptable. Now, I'm stuck with a brand new heavily-dented fridge that I cannot return to the carrier since we signed for it. I am so frustrated that I paid good money for a brand new fridge and it looks like crap! Not the first time I have received a faulty brand new Avantco fridge either. This will be my last Avantco product I ever order! The fridge works okay, but there is a massive interior fan that takes up 8 inches of space all the way across the top.

The door has come off multiple times. We’re a small coffee shop with minimal traffic. There is no reason the door should be literally falling off its hinges! Very poor design!

Arrived broken. We received the item 2 days ago and it never started cooling. It is stuck at 77 - 80 degrees.

Beautiful Fridge and has enough space to support our needs. Love that you can switch the light from the outside to check what you need without having to open the dor and lose energy.

I love this new cooler, so much room. The temperature control is in plain sight. And the price was great. Delivery was so smooth!
