This freezer did not work from day one. Norlake is still not sure what is wrong with the unit. Every time we called Norlake to get an update we had to wait on hold for hours to speak to a tech support person (1h26m, 2h54m, 1h14m). They had to send someone out 5 times to try to fix the unit and it is still not fixed. It has been over four weeks. The quality of support for this brand new unit is terrible.
