Coming in a pre-measured pouch, this packet makes the sanitizing process easy and ensures accurate dosing every time so your glassware washing system meets health department requirements. Simply wash with compatible detergent (sold separately), rinse, and sanitize. For optimal results, glassware and utensil should be air dried following this final sanitizer rinse.

Use this sanitizer as part of the Last Call bar glass cleaning system for 3-compartment bar sinks. It is ideal for use with Last Call glass cleaning detergent and mineral solvents (each sold separately) so that you always have sparkling clean glasses that are ready for staff members to serve beer and other beverages.

Why is there residual left on my glasses after sanitizing? It is affecting the beer lacing on my glasses.

If the concentration in your sanitizing sinks is too high, a residual could be left behind. To insure proper dilution, the number of gallons in a sink can be calculated by multiplying Length x Width x Depth (of water), then divide by 231. For example, the dimensions for a bar sink (14" Long x 10" Wide x 4.95" Deep) / 231 = 3 gallons of water.

The solution in the sanitizing sink should always be tested for the correct parts per million (ppm) of sanitizer. For this quaternary sanitizer, 200 ppm would be the optimal concentration of sanitizer in the solution. We recommend Noble Chemical QT-10 Quaternary Test Paper Dispenser or Noble Chemical QT-10 Quaternary Test Strips for testing your quaternary sanitizer solution.

Why are there spots / film left on my glasses after washing and sanitizing them?

Water spots or mineral deposits can be left behind if you have hard water. It is recommended that a mineral solvent be added to both the wash and sanitizing sink to help remove water spots and mineral deposits left behind by hard water. To test water hardness levels, we recommend this Hydrion Water Hardness Test Kit.
