This unit can provide an average finished product volume of 2.65 qt. in just 12-15 minutes. This means it can produce up to 10.6 qt. per hour.

With this model's sophisticated software, you can choose a normal manual function or use one of the four production programs. Manual mode gives you more control over the compressor, paddle, and preservation system so that you can make your product exactly the way you want. Or, for your convenience, the 4 production programs and 4 storage programs are selectable depending on the needs of the type of product you want to make. Once started, the programs run autonomously so that the operator can focus on other kitchen tasks. This unit has an electronic inverter system to control the motor speed so you can achieve your expected results, and it offers manual operation and density control so that you can be sure your frozen desserts are made to your exact recipe.

The control panel features buttons that allow you to quickly change the settings and operations. The top large button turns the master light on and off, while the four small buttons control the mixing paddle, cooling, program selection, and preservation time.
