After just (1) 12-15 minute cycle, you'll have 2.5 qt. of ready-to-serve product, or 18 qt. per hour! This easy-to-use batch freezer features a compact size thanks to its vertical churning system, and it comes with a variable speed device to control the paddle rotation.

This freezer adjusts to what each recipe needs with its adjustable blade speed, which adjusts between 80 and 120 rpm. It also operates in manual mode, allowing the user to extract the ice cream when needed by reversing the direction of the blade's rotation and opening the gate. It's equipped with an inverter, an electronic control, and a system to regulate the motor. Thanks to the inverter, this unit prevents the mixture from overflowing in the starting phase. Plus, the paddle switch on the control panel is easy to operate the rotation and reverse rotation.
