The Nemco 57417-1 1/4" red push block easily changes out with the one that came with your Easy Chopper III fruit / vegetable cutter so you can continue to cut and dice with ease. It will also allow you to change any Easy Chopper III unit to a 1/4" dice cut when paired with the corresponding blade assembly.

This push block forces food through the chopper blades to create consistent 1/4" pieces. It features a nylon-based resin construction that is more durable to reduce the risk of tooth breakage. Plus, it is color coded for easy identification so that you can be sure of always pairing the correct components.
