This push block gasket reduces the amount of time needed to clean the block so you can save on labor. Just pull the two corner tabs to clean remaining food from between the grooves of the push block.
The gasket slips over the push block before chopping. When you are done, it easily removes so that you don't need to worry about digging into the small grooves to remove any remaining food. Plus, this gasket is color coded to match the blade set and push block it works with so you'll always have the right size handy.
