This Nemco 55821 blade and holder assembly for the 55650-4 Easy Lettuce Kutter is a direct replacement for the one that came with your unit. It allows you to easily replace the assembly that came with your unit in the event of damage, misplacement or gradual wear and tear. You can use this blade holder assembly to change the cut of your Easy Lettuce Kutter, too, when it is paired with the correct push plate and Nemco's 55823 bushing assembly.
