Nemco 55350A Details
This Nemco 55350A easy cheese blocker cuts cheese blocks down to size in seconds, for more manageable cubing, slicing, and shredding. The sturdy, all-stainless steel construction and rigid cutting bow on the cheese blocker ensure straight, even cuts plus long life. The cheese blocker has a calibrated, notched, 1/2" cutting guide, that helps to improve consistency and reduce waste.
The stainless steel cutting wire on the cheese blocker is easily replaced. It processes 40 lb. cheese blocks, 35 lb. cheese wheels, or smaller.
Note: not for use with hard cheeses.
