Nemco NEM48875 Details
Use this Nemco 48875 31" temperature probe with select Nemco induction ranges to activate your unit's temperature control mode. This probe plugs into a jack in the back of your unit and features a 31" cord, giving you plenty of length to insert the bulb end of the probe into any pan or vessel on the cooktop.
Once the probe is plugged in, you can easily program your unit to cook and then hold food at a temperature between 100 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Not only does this allow you to maintain a precise temperature to ensure your signature dishes are cooked to perfection, but it also gives you even greater control over the cooking process than gas ranges! A mounting clip is included to hold your temperature probe securely in place on your cooking vessel to ensure accurate temperature monitoring at all times.

Customer questions about this product
Can the utility type, serial number, or production date of my equipment affect whether or not this part fits?
Is this an OEM part?
What is the difference between an OEM part and an OEM-equivalent part?
We also sell parts that are equivalent to OEM products, but are not genuine OEM. Each type has its own merits – these are some things to consider when making the decision between OEM and OEM-equivalent parts:
• Using an OEM part guarantees that you will comply with any valid manufacturer’s warranties and agency approvals on your product. An OEM-equivalent part may or may not offer the same guarantees.
• OEM-equivalent parts are built to the same specifications as the original part and are often available at a lower price point. In some cases it may even be sourced from the same location as the OEM part, though this will vary from item to item.
