Control the temperature on your 6700, 6701, 6703-240, or 6704-240 fryer as it's working with the Nemco 46795 200 - 400 degree thermostat! This thermostat easily swaps out with the one that came with your fryer so that you can easily set temperatures between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
