Nemco 428-8 Details
The Nemco 428-8 replacement wedger blade assembly is made of razor sharp stainless steel, and can be used to replace the wedger blade that came standard in Nemco 55550-8 Easy Wedgers and 55450-8 Easy FryKutters. It can also be paired with the appropriate 8-section push block to convert any Easy FryKutter or Easy Wedger into an 8-section cut. Simply install the blade with the included two screws.
