Italian immigrants, Mark Cipriano and Angelo Farisello, have always appreciated the importance that food plays in bringing families together. With a dream of continuing family traditions, they founded Napoli Foods in the late 1970s and began selling wholesale products to fine restaurants and pizzerias. Today, the company offers a large selection of nationally known labels, regional favorites, and a complete line of Napoli Brand food products.

People Talk About:Tomatoes thick souse sour recipe quality more large expected dishes
Tomatoes are tougher and more sour than I expected. The souse is too thick. When using in large quality for dishes has to adjust the recipe.Thank you for your feedback! We’re sorry you did not prefer this product. For recommendations, please contact our Customer Solutions team.
These are quite high quality tomatoes for the price. Pretty good, if a bit mild flavor. Cook down really well into sauce without needing any additions. Not as flavorful/sweet as a summer farmer's market haul of course, but great in the off seasons.
We use these for our salsas and we really like the flavor. I prefer the taste of Roma / Plum tomatoes, as opposed to other varieties of tomatoes. These have a deep, yet tangy flavor. I highly recommend these tomatoes if you know what you're looking for. Unfortunately, because taste is subjective, if your recipe doesn't specifically call for Roma / Plum tomatoes, you will have to taste test these to see if they will work for you or your given application.
tried the napoli peeled plum tomatoes for our sauce we use in our bar nd it seems to be a good as our normal tomaoes we buy locally
