Monin 750 mL Sugar Free Caramel Flavoring Syrup is a big seller for us! We have quite a few guests with sugar intolerance and this allows them to flavor their beverages while still maintaining their sugar requirements.

This seems to be the only brand of syrup which doesn’t have sodium benzoate or other odd choice preservatives. The flavor is sinfully good even though its sugar free. Compared to other brands, its more expensive, but it tastes much better and has in my opinion a better sugar substitute. I like using this for coffee or flavored drinks. Other sites and stores have this same bottle anywhere from 9-14 dollars so it is competitively priced on webstaurantstore. I've previously used Torani which being typically less expensive is Ok tasting, but nothing great. Their sugar free items are put to shame compared to this. Would I buy again? I already have 14 different flavors in my cart.... so yes.

This monin syrup is great like the rest, sugar free, but with no toxic taste, the reason is they use more expensive eyrthyritol, versus the common and aftertaste laden Splenda. great tasting caramel syrup!

I was a little hesitant to purchase and try the sugar-free caramel, as some have nasty after tastes. I can honestly say that the Monin brand does not have a horrid kick to it. I used it to make a 3-layer SF caramel cake and the family absolutely loved it; the kids did not even know it was sugar free. We will be buying more of it and best of all is that there are more SF options.
