Fill serving glass full of ice. Pour 1 ½ oz. tequila, ½ oz. triple sec, 3 mL (1 pump) of Monin Jalapeno Concentrated Flavor, 1 oz. pineapple juice, and 3 oz. of fresh sweet and sour mix into a mixing tin.
