after living in Japan I fell in love with yuzu, though I hardly ever see it in any form in the US. The flavor of the yuzu purée seems authentic enough that I made yuzu-flavored ice cream. Used a base of dried apricots to which I added the yuzu purée. Will use more next time, but it tasted pretty good. Also works well in cold soda and hot tea.
