Good but not Fantastic. - for Monin blueberry fruit puree when compared to other options - although probably closest to real blueberry... I ordered 4 different brands of blueberry syrups as I couldn't decide which was the right brand to go with. It's been sorta fun having blind tastings. 1st time I mixed 1/4t with 2c lemonade 2nd time 1/4t with 1c water - this was a better test of flavor. 3rd time I will do 1/4t with .5c of water - the previous dilution is too much to taste much on most brands

This is really good! Mix it with lavender syrup and lemonade for a shaken blueberry lavender lemonade...perfect for summer! It would be good as a smoothie addition or even added to vanilla bean frappe mix for a no-caffeine blueberry creme.
