Water like consistency but good
The taste is Okay
We were looking for an island oasis replacement, unfortunately this did not meet our needs. Brownish pink in color and tasted like a jolly rancher.

Unlike every other watermelon puree I've tried, this one taste like real watermelon, only condensed. It will surprise you how much flavor it adds to a watermelon daiquiri or margarita. This is one flavor I'll be ordering every summer!
I was not impressed with this flavor or the consistency compared to Torrani puree. The opened shelf life is not very clear on the bottle for you are left to guess and taste will hoping for the best. It was super watery and did not taste much like watermelon to me. The other flavors from this brand are a little better, but given the choice, I would certainly choose another brand for puree over this one. Monin has always impressed us with their syrups, we are really disappointed in this product. We even waited a while to open our most recent bottle to see if it was just the product we used to mix it with. We've tried it with other selections and are equally unimpressed.

Awesome watermelon flavored fruit puree that tastes great and super fresh. The best way to make watermelon granita and works well for flavoring snow cones.
Another great flavor from Monin for our coffee shop! We order this one during the summer, to flavor smoothies and slushes and we've gotten great feedback. It has a very sweet, candy-like watermelon flavor but our customers really enjoy it. Almost the same price straight from Monin too!
We really like the flavor but it's a bit on the weak side and usually need to use a little bit more than others. Monin fruit puree's are an essential ingredient in many of our crafted beverages on our coffee trailer. This flavor allows us to do smoothies without having to deal with real fruit. The best part is no refrigeration required.

A true taste of summertime. The monin watermelon puree taste just like fresh watermelon. It is way better than the artificial watermelon syrups on the market because it taste real and is not so sugary.
The puree is perfect for smoothies or any type of mixed drinks. I personally tasted tens of different brands to find out that this one has the least amount of sugar while having the most amount of flavor. The puree in this tastes slightly artificial but it is very natural in comparison to the other cheap artificial syrups. Add a bit of vanilla and your set to have watermelon smoothies all day long. One needs to make sure they dilute the syrup though as it is very potent.
