A little on the expensive side but we couldn't live without this strawberry puree. Sweet strawberry flavor without the hassle. Monin fruit puree's are an essential ingredient in many of our crafted beverages on our coffee trailer. This flavor allows us to do smoothies without having to deal with real fruit. The best part is no refrigeration required.

This stuff is amazing! You don't need much to add real strawberry deliciousness to anything. We use it mainly for smoothies and flavoring lemonade at our coffee shop.
