The upper shelf is constructed of stainless steel that is both durable for heavy use as well as very easy to clean. It will also resist corrosion, making it ideal in settings with higher moisture and humidity. The lower shelf is Metro's MetroSeal 3 which is an epoxy coated wire that is treated with corrosion resistant properties. It also has Microban for antimicrobial protection, which will resist the growth of mold and mildew. This makes it an excellent choice for use in food service and prep operations. Plus, since it is wire style, it is great for ingredients that require proper air circulation. Four stainless steel posts are both sleek and durable. Four included casters are all capable of locking both the caster wheel and the hub to provide the utmost stability.

The PrepMate multi-rail can hold 18" cutting boards and food pans for quick and easy change-over and cleanup. It also provides multi-level configuration that allows your work surfaces to hang above your containers.
