Four included casters are all capable of locking both the caster wheel and the hub to provide the utmost stability. The PrepMate multi-rail can hold 18" cutting boards and food pans for quick and easy change-over and cleanup. It also provides multi-level configuration that allows your work surfaces to hang above your containers. This is ideal in a scenario such as performing food preparation, so you can push freshly chopped vegetables directly into their designated pans as you finish chopping them.
