So much easier to transport then the bulkier plastic boxes. Even though these are made of foam they are still very durable. We have held food for multiple hours in these and still pull out pans that are very hot. Boxes have a groove on the top of them that help them stack securely.

An absolute staple for serious bbq grillers or anyone that rests their meet Other than the price and the fact that my wife hates the color red this is one of my favorite tools for cooking period! This keeps food cold or warm for HOURS!
What can I say about the mighty liters, they are AWESOME,! Easy to carry, holds the heat of you chafer dishes. We purchased 4 of them for our catering needs. You don't need the roll cart addition however, if they were less expensive for those, we would purchase them. For now we do have a flat cart we can use which was cheaper per than the mighty lite roll carts.
