Very awesome product,keeps food hot for over 5 hours .I own Cambro pan carriers that are pretty heavy duty and work great.But these metro lite pan carriers keep food hot just as long as Cambros do.The weight on these Metro lite carriers are as advertised,"LITE" you can actually lift it with one hand.And when filled with pans it is still easy to lift and handle.Did I mention price ,alot cheaper than other brands ,but still high in quality.Best and most convenient pan carrier on the market rite now.If you own a catering business or just looking to get pan carriers,I would not buy any other pan carrier but METROLITE pan carriers.Aloha from Hawaii!

Super lightweight and looks professional at events I am so love this and still have it working great good as day one from long ago.

I love this product so much! The only downside is they eventually deteriorate and need to be replaced, as the metal pans will start slicing off pieces of the foam, and the insides of the boxes start shedding tiny foam pellets. Definitely treat them with extreme care, because they won’t last forever. I still love how light and effective these are, I will just have to replace them more frequently than a heavier product.

fantastic carrier!! I have a small catering business on the side, and needed a way to transport my hot dishes. I had been looking at Cambro, but my budget didn't allow such an expense. While looking for a budget friendly option, I came across this carrier. I was very happy to see the quality of this carrier when it arrived. It's not overly heavy, but good quality. As the owner of the company, and one of the main workers in our kitchen I want to leave a review about this product. It is well worth the money if you’re looking to keep your food at serve safe temperature. We see groups as small as five and as big as 40 both at early hours and late hours of the day. A smaller kitchen like ours it’s hard to keep all of the food at a legal temperature to serve all at once! I have kept food at an extremely hot temperature for at least four hours at a time. We also use these coolers to transport our food with out to our remote camps which is about an hour and a half away. Very impressed with how light weight this pan carrier is. I loaded it up with my empty pans to get to my prep. stations when traveling to catering locations and then transition to a holding unit with hot/cold packs as needed to keep food safe and ready to serve.

Recently upgraded to this full size carrier. It effectively keeps in food heat, ensuring we can prep early in the morning for an afternoon food run and not have to worry about food quality degradation from reheating later in the day. This is an absolute must have for catering!!!!! If you're tired of busting your shins on big plastic boxes then order this! Keeps food surprisingly hot and has held up amazingly. No broken straps or parts at all and food is still super hot several hours later after loading, unloading, travel and in very cold weather. Will be ordering more of this brand in different sizes as well as the wheels.
