The patented "Insulation Armor" technology on this cabinet retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. It comes in a gray color.

Its durable polymer construction is also dent, impact, and stain resistant, and molded-in hand holds create vertical handles for mobile applications.
Innovative Controls
This cabinet features independent analog controls that allow you to set the temperature (80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit) and humidity level inside the cabinet, ensuring that you can create optimal conditions for holding and proofing. Because this unit also features a moisture module control, you can control the humidity at any temperature inside the cabinet. And should you need to service the controls, the entire module pulls out for easy access and faster, cheaper service calls.

A full-height solid door provides excellent temperature retention, locking in moisture and heat for maximum efficiency.
5" Casters
This cabinet comes with a set of 5" neoprene donut casters (two with brakes) to make mobility easy for service and cleaning.
