Simple, Easy-to-Use Controls
This unit features a digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights, all easily removable for quick cleaning. An additional analog temperature control and passive humidity generation system enables you to customize the holding environment to suit your specific needs.
Fast Heating and Recovery
Thanks to its thermostatically controlled, forced convection system, this holding cabinet has fast heat up and recovery times.
Maximum Product Visibility
The unit's single, clear polycarbonate door will allow you to see what's inside without opening it up, effectively reducing heat loss and saving energy.
Fixed Wire Slides
This unit features fixed wire slides spaced in 3" increments, and can hold 18" x 26" sheet pans, and 12" x 20" steam table pans. For maximum performance, the slides are made of nickel-chrome electroplated wire.
(4) 5" Casters
The donut neoprene wheels, 2 with brakes, make it easy to transport this cabinet. These wheels have a double ball bearing swivel, ball bearing axle, and are nickel plated.
Included Drip Trough
This unit comes with its own drip trough with catch pan to prevent a mess in your work space. The trough is easy to clean too, so you can devote more time to your customers and less time to clean-up.
