This Main Street Equipment crumb screen for 3 and 4 tube Main Street floor fryers rests on top of the fryer's tube burners to provide additional support to fryer baskets and prevent large crumbs from descending into the fryer where they can create clogs. It is a direct replacement for the one that came standard with your Main Street Equipment floor fryers. If the original screen becomes rusted or damaged, this replacement screen will get your fryer back in working order.
