Unlike many traditional extracts, this product is able to be used in candy making; however it should not be used in chocolate making. Absolutely amazing flavoring that can be added to so many different types of desserts. I personally use this flavoring for our cotton candy fudge, and although it is very sweet for the amount we use, it tastes like real cotton candy. It is also not colored, so we can color our fudge however we please.

Okay so the cotton candy extract may sound strange at first but it's really fun! We use it in our baked goods and also simple syrups for fun flavored coffees and guests really love it! Definitely recommend getting a bottle to play with and see what fun things you come up with too. It definitely smells and tastes like carnival cotton candy for sure.

Best cotton extract I’ve ever used for my ice cream shop. I have tried a lot since owning ice cream shop since 2022 but this one is simple the best.
Product is as advertised. Great price for the emulsion. Love this flavor
