Attempted using this for our Champagne Swiss Meringue Buttercream because we’ve loved the other flavors from this line. After opening the bottle it immediately gave off a Grape scent, we mixed the flavor into the Smbc and it literally tastes like Children’s Grape Tylenol. Tang and artificial grape taste. Definitely does not taste anything like sparkling wine.

I would give this flavoring 10 stars if I could - We use it o enhance other flavors and bring out sweetness and it makes any fruit flavor that much better. Not very good on its own but fantastic as a booster.
We love this flavoring! We use it in our Pink Champagne cake and it makes all the difference. It's also great to find the larger bottles for a decent price.
