Unlike other spatulas this spatula has a very long base which makes it very great to use in flipping or sliding under oblong or uniquely shaped items. It's made out of very sturdy plastic of the record I've been able to count as over 12 cookies without it even showing a semblance of bending. It has a slotted raindrop teardrop type approach to keep any grease from puddling on the spatula It's very great quality easy to use and at a great price I highly recommend it

Super lightweight, tapered edge, and very thin. It doesn't seem like something that will last a super long time since it's thin and light, but it's so thin that it doesn't wrinkle cookies and pancakes when they're hot and fragile. Not many spatulas work that well on those items, so it's a great deal on that account.

Great little spatula, a lot smaller that I anticipated (my fault for not checking the specs), but works for moving pastries when you need a small spatula and has been very heat tolerant in a sauté pan when making rue and other very hot items.

This spatula is very ideal for buffet lines! I could see this being very appropriate for self serving small portions of fish out of buffet pans, or for breakfast cookery.
