Can I stack a Lincoln oven on top of another oven?
Yes, however, Lincoln ovens are only meant to be stacked with other Lincoln ovens. Under no circumstances should Lincoln ovens be used in a stacking configuration with other oven brands nor should Lincoln DCTI models be stacked more than 2 units high. Please refer to the operation manual in the resource section for more stacking guidelines.
My business is at a high elevation; does this change anything when I order gas cooking equipment?
Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. Contact our Special Orders team prior to placing your order, and we will let you know what will work best for the equipment you are planning to purchase.
Lincoln 1601-000-U-K1819 Details
Rapidly heat, cook, bake, and crisp your most popular appetizers, sides, entrees, and pizzas with the Lincoln 1601-000-U Impinger 1600 series liquid propane single belt low profile stacking conveyor oven. Each conveyor oven operates on simple digital controls with a single on/off power switch and a new view vacuum fluorescent readout that displays the set temperature in degrees, as well as the conveyor belt speed, thermostat indicator light, and diagnostic messages for easy troubleshooting.
With a temperature range of 250-600 degrees Fahrenheit and adjustable cooking times from 1-30 minutes, you can cook pizzas, lightly toast sandwiches, and everything in between on the spacious 32" wide belt. A 3" opening size accommodates a variety of products. For even more cooking efficiency, this unit is stackable (other units sold separately) up to three high, helping you increase your output! The oven is designed for stacking with your existing Lincoln conveyor oven configuration, and is not meant for purchase as a stand-alone unit.
Advanced air impingement technology enhances bake quality and uniformity, providing faster bake times for improved time of service. Watch as your foods get done two to four times faster than in your traditional oven! For easy cleaning, the Lincoln Impinger gas conveyor oven features a durable stainless steel exterior and an easily-removable belt, crumb tray, and door.
