Designed for stacking, this low-profile, 3-oven unit is perfect for busy operations tight on space. Each conveyor oven operates on simple digital controls with a single on / off power switch and a fluorescent readout that displays the set temperature in degrees, as well as the conveyor belt speed, thermostat indicator light, and diagnostic messages for easy troubleshooting. To ensure that the settings are not accidentally or intentionally altered, they automatically lock, promoting reliable product consistency.
Boasting 66,000W of power, a temperature range of 250-600 degrees Fahrenheit, and adjustable cooking times from 1-30 minutes, you can cook pizzas, lightly toast sandwiches, and everything in between on the spacious 78" long belts, which operate in a right to left direction. Each oven has a 40" long baking chamber and 3" opening size to accommodate a variety of products.
With FastBake technology, this unit delivers the same great cook as a standard oven, utilizing the same amount of energy to achieve better, faster results. This technology lets you decrease cook times by up to 35% with no additional operating noise or loss of food quality so you can serve customers faster. For the price of a standard oven, this unit offers higher output and energy efficiency, saving you money on having to purchase extra equipment! FastBake is not recommended for product that is more sensitive to burning or requires a longer cook time. For easy cleaning, each oven features a durable stainless steel exterior and easily removable belts, doors, and impinger fingers. The glass access door on each oven includes a cool-touch handle, so the user can safely retrieve finished products without concern. This unit includes (3) 16" take-off straight shelves, which provide an entry or exit point for your food items. An external panel is also included to cover the top of your unit, protecting the insulation inside. Thanks to the equipment stand with casters, you'll be able to move your unit around the kitchen with ease. Plus, the extra height allows you to move your unit to the floor and free up counterspace. Complete with a top cap motor cover to keep your motor free of debris and moisture, this unit comes fully equipped with everything you need to get started! Each oven requires a 208V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation.
