These are very large glass containers- they are heavy as well. They are very attractive but we have broke 2 of them just bc they are cumbersome and the lid feels like it can support the container but it cannot and 2 have broke. Very pretty but hard to maneuver.
Excellent jar, love the taller shape. Have been starting to like Libbey glass, good company. I haven't used the tops so I can't say if they're air tight.
Our first shipment came shattered, however, Webstaurant was quick to replace. They hold our biscotti and do a good job. We've added chalkboard vinyl to them to label the different kinds. Overall, a good choice... if they don't break on their way.

These are a real find for anyone looking for a great way to present their products. The cost is fantastic. Please note that it took several tries for us to get a set that didn't break in transit. I am not sure if the problem is the packing or something else, but two sets showed up in pieces. Webstaurant Store was quick to replace them.
