We replaced all our old dispensers with these. They say they work with towels up to 10" wide, but anything over 8.25" just tear. If you load more than one package into the dispenser, they are too heavy, and the towels just tear. Really frustrating because the paper towels advertised as being 8.75" wide can range from 8.25-9.25 in width, so it is impossible to know if what we ordered will show up and actually work.
