i would definitely NOT recommend this product for any business, i got 4 units all at once and they all seem to be faulty, paper doesn't dispense until you hold your hand out for a whole minute and sometimes you have to tap it hard, oh and the paper jams all the time. its just not a good quality product!!!

These are the absolute worse!!! We bought them to have put up in our newly renovated bathrooms in June and have had problems ever since. We bought 10 of these and they are all horrible. We have put it on every setting possible and nothing makes them work right. They are constantly jamming, and we are now buying new ones to replace these because it makes our jobs harder trying to constantly fix them during events.

This unit is very easy to install. Simple instructions, along with a level that is attached to the unit inside for even easier set up. It took no longer than ten minutes and I was off and running. The lavex hardwound paper towels work great with this unit. I would suggest getting better anchors for longer term life. The anchors provided are not the best quality. I have the settings at 3 and auto for best performance. I noticed that the paper towels tear easier when pulled from back to front. The teeth are not as pronounced like other units.
