Although these chairs seem to be meant for commercial use, I purchased them for home use. I wanted well made chairs that would withstand all that comes with daily home life with kids and pets. These chairs meet those demands and have exceeded my expectations. They are well made, very easy to clean, look great, and are extremely comfortable. Overall I am beyond satisfied with these chairs and will purchase again if I need additional chairs in the future.

Purchased 6 chairs almost 2 years ago for our restaurant. To be honest I wasn’t impressed with the condition they arrived in. I had to contact customer service for several issues that happened in shipping. The boxes they came in had holes everywhere. Customer service was very helpful and we were able to work everything out. The chairs are holding up very well! Our customers are pretty hard on them and they’re standing up to the abuse.

These chairs are an excellent addition to our restaurant. The mahogany finish is easy to clean. These chairs are also very sturdy and do not break.

These chairs are really solidly made and sturdy except that the corner brackets tend to start moving away from the wood, it's an easy fix. Just turn the chair over and look at all the solid metal reinforcements that were incorporated during manufacturing, that's a great indicator of it's quality and durability.

We have now had these lancaster chairs for a while now and they are still just as strong as they were from the day we got them. I am so happy that they have held up this long. I love them.

These are very sturdy and heavy chairs. They look very high end and expensive but are a great price. We will eventually filter these in and replace all our stools with these.

We love these bar stools! We placed 2 orders for these and the second order the stools were scratched. I email webstaurant and sent pictures of them. Great, strong sturdy chairs! Classic Look! Shipment too very long though and some chairs were missing as well one was damaged, took over another week to get replacements but love the look!

These are decently sturdy chairs. We have had about a dozen of them for 5+ years. Over that time, 1-2 of the stretchers have broken off, and one got a crack in the top rail that rendered it unusable, but considering that we operate in a College-Town, and have often-rowdy customers after the bars let out, they've held up nicely. My only complaint is that we re-ordered a set of replacements about 3-4 years after the first shipment, and the physical weight of the chairs is significantly lighter, and they don't feel as sturdy as the first round we ordered.

Strange to say but this is such a beautiful and simple chair. Throw a nice seat cushion on and you'll feel at home in this beautiful mahogany chair.

These are great basic wooden chairs! They are great for family oriented restaurants! Very sturdy chairs that can withstand a lot of use! Decent price!!!

Very fancy looking bar chairs. I have seen bar chains like that that will cost you almost double to amount of money that you pay for here.
