Great for blending up to 18 gallons of soup, sauce, batter, mousse, and even mashed potatoes, this blending arm is ideal for use with steam kettles and stock pots due to its 16" length. Plus, the maximum fill line is marked on the attachment so that you can see how much the blending arm can effectively process.
This stainless steel attachment is easily removed and attached so that you can swap it out with other sized arms to best suit your needs. Plus, because the blending arm is removable, it makes cleaning the unit a breeze!
