Imperial Range IR-6-EW Details
The Imperial Range Pro Series 36" electric range with 6 wafer plates and 1 standard oven is designed to be a versatile and efficient addition to your establishment! The steel construction provides the unit with excellent heat retention and quick recovery. With 6 solid wafer plates, this unit allows you to cook at up to 650 degrees Fahrenheit, heating food up to 50% faster. Each 3.75 kW wafer plate heats quickly and evenly and has a flat surface that makes it much easier to clean than traditional ranges with coil-style burners. Plus, the 12" x 12" wafer plates in the front add versatility, and the wider 12" x 13" wafer plates in the rear allow for maximum pan contact. The plates are operated by thermostatic controls, which offer versatility when cooking various products.
This unit also features 1 standard, 26 1/2" wide oven with 1 chrome oven rack for your low-volume baking and warming needs. The ovens have a 5.3 kW output with an adjustable temperature range of 150-500 degrees Fahrenheit, and side oven controls are in an insulated side compartment to remain protected from heat. A unique baffle is situated above the heating element to keep cooking temperatures even throughout each oven, while a splash screen protects the element from food spills. The ovens have a porcelainized interior for easy cleaning, as well as a porcelainized, stamped, inner door liner for excellent heat retention. Standard 18" x 26" sheet pans will fit in these ovens in either front-to-back or side-to-side positions.
Boasting a stainless steel exterior with welded, polished stainless steel seams, this unit provides outstanding durability in your busy, commercial establishment. The large 3 1/4" landing edge also offers ample space for convenient plating. With sturdy, stainless steel, 6" adjustable legs, you'll have no trouble finding the perfect spot for this unit among the rest of your kitchen equipment. This unit requires a hardwired 208V, 3 phase electrical connection.
