This unit is designed to be spacious and accommodating with five oven racks and 10 pan positions. Two lights illuminate the porcelainized interior, which allows for better browning when roasting and is easy to clean at the end of a busy day. The 60/40 dependent doors can be opened with one hand to a full 130 degrees, for easier pan loading and retrieving.
