This liquid propane unit boasts independent time and temperature controls and has a 150-500 degree Fahrenheit temperature range, for maximum versatility when cooking or baking. The two-speed fan is powered by a 1/2 hp motor, and features convenient switch controls that allow you to easily bake or roast various products.

This unit is designed to be spacious and accommodating, with two compartments that each hold five oven racks and support 10 pan positions. Two lights illuminate the porcelainized interior, which allows for better browning when roasting and is easy to clean at the end of a busy day. The 60/40 dependent doors can be opened with one hand to a full 130 degrees, for easier pan loading and retrieving. Plus, the large, left-side window gives you a better view of your products while they cook.

With a durable, stainless steel exterior this unit is built to withstand a commercial environment and is easy to maintain.
