Stay away from this machine and Hoshizaki. Hooked the machine up and the machine did not make ice. Webstaurantstore will not support you with any issues, except to direct you to the warranty. Hoshizaki will drop your calls and when you do finally get through to their tech support, if you are not a "certified" tech, they will not talk to you. The only answer we were given was to call their local service reps. When you call them you will be told you need a warranty claim. Call Hoshizaki back for a warranty claim and you will be told you don't need one. Just give the service rep your credit card and if it is a warranty issue, they should bill Hoshizaki. This ice machine is not worth the run around and head ache for the price point they have it set at.
