This salad dryer's easy-load polyethylene spin basket gently spins water off of just-washed lettuce for crisp, fresh results every time. Water then drains through the PVC extension tube directly into a floor drain or container up to 9" high, leaving you with dry lettuce. And when the cycle is complete, watch as salad dressing clings to dried lettuce, reducing the amount of dressing needed and increasing profits.

The unit itself works great, You can put lettuce in it and walk away while it dries. It does take a long time to dry the lettuce though. A manual one takes 30 seconds to spin it dry and the electric one takes closer to 5 minutes. Its a good machine but i wasnt impressed.
