Unfortunately, a local culinary school went out of business and all of the items they had were auctioned off. Lucky for me, I was able to purchase the Hobart HL200 20 quart mixer for alot less then I would of paid brand new. The mixer had all of the attachments, but someone I ended up with a 30 quart mixer flat beater instead of the one that actually went with the mixer. I ordered the beater and it does exactly what it is supposed to do. Fast shipping and the beater fits perfect. Couldn't ask for anything better.
