This process takes only a few minutes to freeze the food, and this short freeze time prevents ice crystals from forming. It also helps the food keep its shape, color, and texture for much longer than typical freezing. These fish sticks are also easy to prepare.

Simply place the frozen sticks on a lightly oiled sheet pan and bake them at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 13-16 minutes when using a convection oven. Or in a conventional oven, bake them at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes. Once these sticks reach a minimum internal temperature of 155 degrees Fahrenheit, they are ready to serve with your signature sauce or side.
