Merchandise your fresh baked pizza pies while keeping them hot and ready to serve with the Hatco PFST-1XB Flav-R-Savor 8 rack holding cabinet with base! This holding cabinet comes with an eight-shelf rack that can hold up to (16) 18" square pizza boxes or 8 bagged pizzas so you can quickly and easily serve piping hot pizzas to your customers. With the help of (2) 60W lamps, this unit brilliantly illuminates your products so that customers can see what you're offering. Resting on an 11" tall Designer series base with a latching handle, this holding cabinet fits perfectly behind the counter at your pizzeria, Italian restaurant, or bistro.
For even, consistent temperatures, heat is gently diffused throughout the cabinet so your food is hot when served, and the cabinet's door and sides are made of tempered glass so you and your customers get the full view of the product at all times. A solid back panel and glossy gray painted stainless steel interior provides aesthetic appeal while also increasing the unit's durability. Two side sign holders let you advertise your company name or logo, and they flip up and out of the way to access the controls. Since they are top mounted, it's easy to adjust the temperature at any time, and the readout clearly relays accurate internal temperature readings.
This dry holding cabinet comes with 4" casters for smooth mobility and requires a 120V electrical connection.
