Keep cooked food hot and ready to serve with the Hatco PFST-1X Flav-R-Savor 8 rack pizza holding cabinet! This holding cabinet comes with an eight-shelf rack that can hold up to (16) 18" pizza boxes or 8 bagged pizzas so you can quickly and easily serve your customers fresh pizzas. With the help of (2) 60W lamps, this unit brilliantly illuminates your products so that customers can see what you're offering.

For even, consistent temperatures, heat is gently diffused throughout the cabinet so your food is hot when served, and the cabinet's door and sides are made of tempered glass so you and your customers get the full view of the product at all times. The top-mount controls make it easy to adjust temperature at any time, and the readout clearly relays accurate internal temperature readings.

If you don't use distilled water, make sure to use white vinegar or another de-liming agent in the water tank to remove scale build-up. Do this as often as needed.

What's the difference between an insulated and non-insulated holding cabinet?

Insulated and non-insulated holding cabinets both offer the same function by holding food at safe temperatures for hours until ready to serve, but for best results it's important to make a purchase based on your desired application. Non-Insulated Holding Cabinets are intended for applications where the doors will be closed for the majority of the day, such as proofing bread or keeping back-up portions hot. Insulated Holding Cabinets are better suited for keeping food hot when the doors will be opened and closed much more frequently, since they are better equipped at retaining the heat.
